Sales Team Manager (Executive Level)
We are looking for a Sales Team Manager who is thoughtful and engaging as well as professional!

As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
Building your book of business and owning the relationships
Developing and managing a sales pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
Conducting discovery meetings and working with school districts to understand their problem and find ways to position NextWaveSTEM as a long-term partner
Cross-functional collaboration with other sales team members and business units
Attend relevant industry conferences and events.
Travel locally for field sales.
Managing resellers partners
Qualifications:
At least five years of demonstrable inside sales experience in the K-12 marketplace.
Must be a champion at prospecting and closing deals.
Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans in an assigned sales territory.
Excellent written and in-person communication skills.
Superior organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree is strongly preferred.
Knowledge and experience in K12 sales and sales enablement for a remote sales team, including the development of people, processes, and technologies needed to effectively drive sales efficiencies across the team.
Proficient skills in developing and delivering high quality training on sales tools and processes.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence others to action.
Adept problem-solving skills, including using data to inform decisions and actions.
Experience:
K-12 and/or EdTech Sales is a MUST
Mastery of site level selling, as well as district level and state level selling
Mastery of field selling as well as remote selling
Managing a team of 10+ reps
Team player with a Coach mentality for success
General understanding of school budgets
Experience with hiring new talent
5 years (Preferred)
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: $95,000.00 - 150,000.00 per year plus Bonus structure dependent on experience
Schedule: You will be required to work 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday.
License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)
Work Location: You will be in the office as well as on the road
