INTRODUCTION TO ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Lions and Tigers, and AI
| Grades K-2

Identifying examples of robots through a zoo setting exposes students to basic AI and machine learning concepts that occur all around them. Campers will complete hands-on activities to solve a variety of zoo-themed challenges.

Younger learners will answer questions, “What is technology and what are examples of it? They will be introduced to technology, how it works, and how to fix it using our Scratch Jr. application and speech recognition software.

DISCOVERY OF DRONES
Unmanned Aviation
| Grades 3-5

Our drones camp uses a curriculum specifically designed for novice drone enthusiasts that encourages students to work together to achieve common goals.  Campers will explore drone and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flying, learning, and experimenting.

Young learners answer the questions, “How do drones work?” They will learn how drones function and learn how to program drone flight through Scratch based coding in our Tello application.

EXPLORATION OF ROBOTS
Coding mBot for a Purpose | Grade 6

Robotics is the perfect way for students to learn AI, visual coding, and machine learning, as well as have fun with robots. Through inquiry-based and hands-on learning, students will apply their knowledge of how robots function.

Young learners will explore the world of robotics and answer questions such as”What can a robot do and how can it be coded to do it?” Students will learn how to code in the mBlockly application and program their own mBot robots for a specific purpose in the world of robotics.
