Supporting Teachers on the Most Relevant Topics for Emerging Educational Needs
Chicago, IL, August 13, 2020 - NextWave STEM, an EdTech company providing STEM programming for teachers and students K-12, announced additional free online professional development covering the most relevant topics for today's educational needs, such as teaching remotely, building hybrid learning models, and teaching in a culturally responsive manner.
The COVID-19 Pandemic has required educators to adapt and transform their teaching methods. Educators had to pivot quickly in response to different variables while simultaneously designing continuity plans for teaching and learning. Continuity plans specific to professional development should include new topics that meet the needs of today and allow them to design or improve their own models for ever-changing learning environments.
