For use in Beginner Learners, grades 3-5, course “Discovery of Drones,” from NextWave STEM.
In this course, beginner learners answer the questions, “What is the history of Unmanned Aviation?” and “How do drones work?” Students learn how to program drone flight through coding in the DroneBlocks application.
Skills Overview: Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Analytical Thinking, Sequential Thought Process, Directional Concepts, Visual Tracking and 2-D to 3-D Correspondence
How it Works: Flying has never been so fun and easy! Using the DroneBlocks application, the drone runs through commands that students program in the app.
