For use in Intermediate Learners, grades 9-12, course “Creation and Evaluation of Drones” from NextWave STEM.
In this course, students analyze and apply how Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (drones) work and can be used to solve real-world problems. Students will integrate algebraic thinking, programmatic knowledge, and use programming skills to navigate the Tello Drone using the DroneBlocks app.
Skills Overview: Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Analytical Thinking, Sequential Thought Process, Directional Concepts, Visual Tracking and 2-D to 3-D Correspondence
How it Works: Flying has never been so fun and easy! Using the DroneBlocks application, the drone runs through commands that students program in the app.
